2023年6月30日下午，经过前期筹备已久的新乡十中女足与范县思源女足友谊交流活动在范县思源实验学校体育场热烈举行。

The long-prepared friendship exchange match between Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School Women's Football Team and Fan County Siyuan Women's Football was warmly held in the stadium of Fan County Siyuan Experimental School.

新乡十中女足和范县思源女足同样都成立于2018年，经过5年的发展，各自一步一个台阶，双方在2021年河南省“省长杯”校园足球联赛中作为对手有过碰面。

Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School Women's Football Team and Fan County Siyuan Women's Football Team were both established in 2018, after 5 years of development, by each step by step, the two sides met as opponents in the 2021 "Governor's Cup" campus football league.

新乡市第十中学作为新乡市校园足球传统强队，女足和男足都有着优异的成绩，思源女足作为今年濮阳“市长杯”足球联赛冠军，准备出征今年在开封举行的“ 省长杯 ”。

Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School 's Football Team as a traditional strong team of Xinxiang campus football, women's and men's football have excellent results. Siyuan Women's Football as this year's Puyang "Mayor Cup" champion is ready to participate in this year's Governor's Cup in Kaifeng of Henan province.

新乡十中女足教练员唐玉军指导、袁梦雪指导和西班牙外教FUSTER RUIZ/VICENTE(中文名：维森特）带领21名队员们在这个盛夏来到美丽的范县思源实验学校。

In this activity, women's football coach Tang Yujun, Yuan Mengxue and Spanish coach FUSTER RUIZ VICENTE (Chinese name : 维森特) led 21 players to meet in the Fan County Siyuan Experimental School in this summer.

这是双方今后继续加强交流、增进合作的开端，为豫北地区校园足球合作交流提供了宝贵的经验，奠定了良好的基础。

首先，在副校长王广华和王振、范永川教练的陪同下，带领新乡女足全体参观思源校园，领略思源文化和精神。

01|初见即是美好

下午17：00，首场交流比赛在南征北战《骄傲的少年》歌声中拉开序幕，双方运动员随着轻松动感的音乐热身，列队仪式随着七国军团主题曲，然后跟随最新国际足联入场曲，双方女足队员在濮阳市足协精英裁判组的带领下步入球场，升国旗，奏国歌。

At 17:00 p.m., the first exchange match kicked off with the song of "Proudful Boy", players from both sides warmed up with relaxed and dynamic music, followed the theme song of the Seven Nations Legion and the latest FIFA entrance song, the women's football players of both sides walked into the pitch under the leadership of the elite referee group of the Puyang Football Association, raised the national flag and played the national anthem.

随着一声哨响，双方队员在5分钟的试探之后，渐入佳境，互有攻势，新乡十中稳扎稳打，以中路渗透和边路进攻下底传中为特点，在思源门前多次造险，不过，思源女足后卫队员的稳定防守多次化解险情。

With a whistle, the players of both sides gradually entered the best situation after 5 minutes of probing, attacking each other, Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School played steadily, characterized by midfield penetration and side attack bottom crosses, and made many dangers in front of Siyuan's goal. But Siyuan women's football defenders defended very steadily, and resolved many times.

思源女足在前场四叉戟：苗嘉欣、于晓雯、柏叶、黄育菲的带领下以打身后空挡和边路反击取得了多次不错的打门机会，对方守门员也是化险为夷。

Siyuan women's football team under the leadership of the front core players Miao Jiaxin, Yu Xiaowen, Bai Ye, Huang Yufei with playing behind the gap and counterattack on the side made many good shots, and the opposing goalkeeper also showed her ability.

新乡十中首先通过混战一记吊射1:0领先，而后，思源女足依靠一个快速反击，苗嘉欣在禁区内单刀赢得一个点球，于晓雯一蹴而就，双方1:1，随后对方依靠一个中距离射门，最终新乡十中2:1思源女足，第一场初次见面，留下了很好的印象。

Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School first led 1:0 through a drop shot, Siyuan Women's Football relied on a quick counterattack, Miao Jiaxin won a penalty in the penalty area, Yu Xiaowen kicked the penalty , then both sides 1:1. Later the other side relied on a mid-range shot, and finally Xinxiang No. 10 Middle School made a 2:1 with the Siyuan Women's Football.The first game of the first meeting, both sides left a good impression.

7月1日8:30，第二场交流活动开始，在周笔畅《最美的期待》歌声暖场后，思源女足VS新乡十中女足第二场友谊比赛开始。

At 8:30 on July 1, the second exchange match began, after Zhou Bichang's "The Most Beautiful Expectation" singing warmed up, Siyuan Women's Football VS Xinxiang No. 10 Women's Football .The second match began.

双方运动员迅速进入比赛状态，没有了试探，上来就是更多的身体对抗和进攻。

The athletes of both sides quickly entered the game, without temptation, just fight and attack.

开场5分钟左右，思源女足柏叶发出角球，罚球质量很高，直接开到门前，混战中，思源女足一脚撩射，守门员来不及反应，思源女足1:0领先。

After the first 5 minutes or so, Siyuan Women's Football Football Baiye sent a high-quality corner kick, directly to the goal. In the melee, Siyuan Women's Football kicked, the goalkeeper did not have time to react, Siyuan Women's Football 1:0 led.

随着比赛深入，比赛进入胶着状态，新乡十中女足随后依靠一个远射和边路反击，最终2:1取得比赛胜利。

比赛结束，双方队员主动握手致意，他们期待未来互相更好，友谊长存。

活动最后，双方进行了正式且轻松的点球大战，互罚11轮，守门员与主罚队员的1对1 PK精彩纷呈。

At the end of the event, the two sides engaged in a formal and relaxed penalty shoot, with 11 rounds of penalties exchanged between the goalkeeper and the penalty player. The professional footwork of the penalty team player and the goalkeeper's hard save are wonderful.
